Rob founded Cyemptive, originally EnZoo, in February 2014. Before starting Cyemptive, Rob founded a storage solutions startup. Rob served the Chief Strategy Officer at Hitachi Data Systems in Japan from 2009 to 2012, where he invented Hitachi’s cloud platform UCP.
Rob held various positions at Microsoft from 2005 to 2009, most recently as a Virtualization Architect, where he invented an internal cloud solution. Rob has multiple patents in servers, storage, networking, monitoring, security and management.
Ed Martin brings several decades of enterprise-level leadership, organization management, financing, strategic planning, and financial management skills to Cyemptive in his role as President and Co-Chair.
Most recently Ed was CEO of a large energy company, which he built into six lines of business, established multiple new companies, and laid the foundation to grow its asset base and net income 7X.
Prior to that Ed was CFO at a large offshore oil operating company. In 2013, Ed was named Canada’s Energy Person of the Year. Ed has extensive board experience and currently sits on the Board of Directors of Medavie Blue Cross.
Stewart brings 30 years of innovative commercial software development experience to Cyemptive. Prior to joining Cyemptive, he was a 20-year veteran of Microsoft. There he introduced 8 new products and technologies that generated $5 Billion in revenue and was awarded 38 patents. His visionary technology has been used by more than 100 million customers worldwide.
He held many leadership positions including Group Program Manager SQL Server Development, Architect of Windows Server Distributed System, Director of Program Management for the Windows Management Division, and Director of Robotics R&D for Microsoft Research.
Chris began his 40+ years in the software business as a performance expert for market research and factory floor systems. Later, he was one of the creators of FoxPro, the database system that won the coveted PC Magazine Technical Excellence Award.
At Microsoft he created the team that built Visual Studio, which sold $100m+ in its first year. He rose to VP focusing on software development best practices, team leadership, and executive development. Since leaving Microsoft he has worked in executive coaching and on a variety of software development projects. He joined Cyemptive in early 2017.
John brings 35 years of technology, executive management, and consulting experience to Cyemptive. Prior to joining Cyemptive, before the company was even founded, he was CEO of Tolt Group, Inc., a business consulting firm, formed in 1998. Earlier, John worked for a variety of technology companies including IBM, Western Micro Technology, Sun Microsystems, and Echelon in various executive management roles: V.P. of Worldwide Sales, V.P. of Business Development, and General Manager.
As CRO, John leads Cyemptive’s sales and revenue teams worldwide.
Theresa brings 20+ years of technical Customer Support and Service Delivery experience from working in the Infrastructure Technology Group at Microsoft. She began her tenure creating and overseeing the operations of the International and Domestic Telecommunications Group. As the world flattened and technology advanced, she moved to Service and Support and later the Worldwide Account Management group. There she honed her focus on the Customer's Experience and Services Deployments. She received numerous awards from her customers and business partners.
Theresa joined Cyemptive in late 2016.
Marie brings more than 15 years of international business, marketing, and strategic solution sales experience to Cyemptive. This experience includes significant global marketing, localization, lean start-up, commercial risk analysis, and government attraction of international investment. Prior to joining Cyemptive, Marie oversaw the administration of a revolving loan fund, a 3,000 acre industrial park, an Inland-Port, and Foreign Trade Zone. Most recently, Marie led the successful restructuring of a public-private economic development company, and won an important Federal Cyber Security Designation -- the 110th Airlift Wing Michigan Cyber Range Hub.
Parminder has 12 years of web development, Project Management, IT strategist and Operations Management experience, and has worked for such companies as Trigma Solutions and Impinge Solutions. Parminder holds BCA and Masters in Computer Science from Panjab University.
Parminder has served as Managing Director of EnZoo IT Services since September 2015.
